Eastbound lane on Southwest 174 Street closed to traffic for three nights for waste water line installation

MIAMI (October 30, 2017)

The Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department (WASD) will install 150 linear feet of a 12-inch waste water line in the Village of Palmetto Bay beginning tonight that will affect eastbound traffic on Southwest 174th Street.

Commuters may want to avoid the intersection of South Dixie Highway and Southwest 174 Street between the hours of 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. for the next three evenings as one eastbound lane of traffic will be closed between those hours to accommodate construction.

It is the priority of the Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department to provide safe, reliable service to its customers. For additional information about Department services and programs, visit the department’s website.
