Vizcaya offers free admission for federal employees affected by government shutdown
Vizcaya Museum and Gardens is offering free admission for federal employees affected by the current government shutdown.
"We recognize the impact the government shutdown has had on the federal employees who work in and serve our community," said Joel Hoffman, Executive Director/CEO of Vizcaya. "During this challenging time, we are pleased to invite these professionals to visit Vizcaya and be inspired by the estate’s history and invigorated by its artistic and natural beauty."
Federal employees must show a government employee ID for free admission and may bring one guest. The offer is in place until the end of the government shutdown and can only be redeemed with on site admission purchase. Vizcaya Museum and Gardens is open Wednesday through Monday, 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m and closed Tuesdays, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
