The Department of Transportation and Public Works encourages Ultra Music Festival goers to pre-purchase their transit passes

MIAMI ( March 30, 2019 )

The Miami-Dade County Department of Transportation and Public Works will continue to assist the Ultra Music Festival and the City of Miami by providing 24-hour Metrorail and Metromover service throughout the weekend. The Ultra Music Festival funded the extended hours for those transit services.

Ultra shuttle hubs are conveniently located near Metromover and Metrorail stations. Festival goers using public transportation to connect to the hubs will need to transfer to the shuttle buses operated by Ultra organizers to get to and from the show.

The Department strongly encourages festival goers to pre-purchase their transit passes for quicker and more efficient access to transit services. Mobile passes can be purchased by downloading the EASY Pay Miami app. Security guards are on site at Metrorail stations for assistance, if necessary.

Everyone is encouraged to download the free Miami-Dade Transit Tracker app to plan their transit trip and track the arrival of their Metrorail and Metromover trains.
