Monitoring activities conducted by the Ryan White Program include on-site visits to contracted service providers.  A comprehensive monitoring instrument is used to assess provider compliance with programmatic, fiscal, and administrative requirements. On some occasions, a shorter version of this monitoring tool may be used for limited scope site visits to review documentation of client eligibility and billing practices.
