Health and support services funded under Part A of the Ryan White Program are measured throughout the year to determine their effect on the health status and well-being of persons living with HIV disease. As part of the Quality Management Program, client-level outcome measures have been established for several Part A-funded services. Additional outcome measures are currently being developed.
