Reports Available Online

We have several reports available that list a variety of information that may be helpful to you.

• A&E Awards/Payments Reports
  This report represents all Architectural & Engineering contracts awarded and/or paid by Miami-Dade County for the last 3 years.

• AAP Report
  The AAP report lists all contractors that currently have Affirmative Action Plans on file that have been approved by The Office of Capital Improvements.

• Certification Lists
  are available by Trade Categories or Company Name.

• Community Workforce - WDOs and WROs
  Report lists all of the contractors and subcontractors registered under the Workforce Development Organizations (WDOs) and the Workforce Recruitment/Referral Organization (WROs).

• Cone of Silence
  Report lists all of the contracts affected by the County's Cone of Silence ordinance and show the dates during which the Cone of Silence is to be in effect.

• Contractor Debarment  
  The Contractor Debarment Report lists all contractors that have been debarred from participating on County projects.

• Goal Deficit Report
  This report lists those firms that have not fulfilled the measures on contracts as approved by the Board of County Commissioner

• Violations Report
  Lists firms that have had Notice of Violations issued by The Department of Small Business Development for non compliance of a County ordinance on a County project.

• Job Clearinghouse Reports  
  The report list open Notices of Construction Job Opportunities submitted by contractors pursuant to Miami-Dade County Resolution No. 1145-99.

• Pre-Bid/Pre-Work Calendar
  This report lists upcoming  Pre-Bid & Pre-Construction meetings.

• Prequalification
  Report lists all landscape architectural, engineering, or surveying and mapping services firms that are pre-qualified with Miami-Dade County

• Responsible Wages
  Quarterly reports that list the appropriate wages and fringe benefits for laborers and mechanics by trade category. This report can be used to determine the correct wages and benefits required on a contract.

• Technical Certification  
  Report lists all architectural, landscape architectural, engineering, or surveying and mapping services firms that have technical certifications approved by Miami-Dade County Technical Committee with the approved technical categories.
