    Contractor Debarment Report

    Small Business Department serves as the coordinator for contractor debarment proceedings in accordance with Section 10-38 of the Miami-Dade County Code and Ordinance 00-18.

    The Contractor Debarment Report lists all contractors that have been debarred from participating on County projects. The Report provides the names of the debarred firms and/or officers, the initiating County department, the grounds for debarment, and the debarment period.  Contractors are removed from the Report upon the expiration of the debarment period. The Report is updated monthly.
