    Goal Deficit Report

    This report lists those firms that have not fulfilled the measures on contracts as approved by the Board of County Commissioners.  Pursuant to the ordinances, contractors that fail to achieve the measures on contracts must make up any deficits in measures on future County work.  The make up amount is equal to double the dollar value of the deficiency.  These ordinances require make ups be made a condition of any new award.
