The RC meets weekly or more frequently as needed. The schedule of meetings are published, listing the meeting locations, dates, times and agenda deadlines for submission of departmental recommendations to SBD. All RC meetings are subject to Government-in-the-Sunshine requirements. The chair shall allow participation of the public at RC meetings consistent with accomplishing the agenda of the RC.
