Pre-Bid / Pre-Work Calendar Reports

This report lists all upcoming Pre-Bid/Pre-Construction Meetings, and is updated on a weekly basis. 

Prospective bidders are encouraged to attend Pre-Bid Meetings to ascertain pertinent information regarding the County’s bid process.

Similarly, all prime contractors and/or company representatives are required to attend Pre-Construction Meetings to discuss contractual requirements upon award of a County contract.
