Master Plan 2035—Charting a Course for the Future
Master Plan 2035 has been adopted by the Board of County Commissioners as a vision for future Port development that allows for significant growth in PortMiami's cruise and cargo businesses. The Master Plan supports the Port's sustainability goals and commitment to operate in an environmentally responsible manner while identifying areas for possible further development. Port Director Bill Johnson emphasized that all future development is still in the discussion stage.

Bobbi Washington, a member of the Port's housekeeping division enhances the Port's image through her hard work and dedication. She assists her co-workers, supervisors, and Port tenants in any way possible. Vivian Alfonso is part of Capital Development and oversees multiple projects to upgrade interior office spaces and our cruise terminals. These workers are PortMiami's top employees for 2012.
