    This post-employment questionnaire is another aspect of Miami-Dade County’s commitment to Delivering Excellence Every Day. The questionnaire is the first of many steps that Human Resources is taking in developing a comprehensive exit interview program.
     
    We are asking for your input because you recently elected to terminate your employment with the County. The questionnaire is designed to help us understand why you left the County service and how you rate your experience as a County employee.
     
    The exit interview program is designed to meet the following objectives:

    ·To improve staff retention;
    ·To improve recruitment and new employee orientation;
    ·To assist departments in developing concrete corrective action plans as needed; and
    ·To make business decisions as required by trends and patterns identified through the feedback provided by
      valued former employees.

    Plans are to review and analyze the responses to the questionnaires and report significant findings on a quarterly basis
