Florida State Statutes require that all motor vehicles, vessels, mobile homes and trailers in Florida be registered and/or titled. If moving to Florida from out of state, Florida law requires that you register and title your vehicle in Florida within ten (10) days of becoming a resident, becoming employed, or if you have children attending school in Florida.
