A business telephone will be permitted in a residence provided no truck, heavy equipment, or similar vehicle is kept on the property and no storage or any other business activity is carried on.

Day care use may be permitted if the total number of children does not exceed 5. A group home may be permitted if the total number of resident clients does not exceed 6. Licensing requirements from the State must be met, along with local Zoning requirements to permit any use other than residential.
