    Special Event Signs Do Not Need a Permit

    • Must be for a one-time special event such as concert, political campaigns, school carnival, for-sale signs, etc.

    • Real Estate signs maybe up to 4 square feet (Sec. 33-99)

    • Overall size of all other special event signs must not exceed 22 inches by 28 inches

    • Keep 5 feet away from ROW and neighbor’s property

    • Keep inside private property
