Animal Care & Control Tags (dog license tags) are now available for sale at your neighborhood Team Metro Office.

• The cost for a dog tag is $35.00 for dogs that are unspayed/unneutered and $25.00 for dogs that are spayed/neutered.
• Replacement tags are $1.00.
• For those persons with low income status, tags are available at a cost of $2.00 dogs that are unspayed/unneutered and $1.00 for dogs that are spayed/neutered (proof of status required).
• For each tag purchased, an official rabies vaccination certificate must be provided as proof of vaccination.

Dog License Tags are available for purchase at your neighborhood Team Metro office between the hours of 8a.m. to 4 p.m. only.

Effective January 1, 2006, Team Metro will no longer accept cash payment for direct sales transactions at any of our locations. Approved transactions will include: Checks, credit cards, debit cards, cashier checks and money orders.
