Miami-Dade County Government is proud to come to your neighborhood to provide you with easy, convenient access to Miami-Dade County services. There are currently two Government on the Go Buses that travel throughout different neighborhoods and locations within Miami-Dade County in order to provide direct services that are presently available at all Team Metro offices including:
- U.S. Passport acceptance
- Baby stroller parking permits
- Transit tokens, passes, parking permits, bike and ride permits
- Dog license tags
- Golden and Patriot Passports
- Homestead exemption applications ( January - March)
- Voter Registration forms
- Hurricane preparedness information
- Library card applications
Only checks or cash is accepted for any transaction.
Additionally, The Government on the Go Bus provides residents with Internet access and information on available county services and programs as well as assistance on Code Compliance related issues.
Agencies such as the Administrative Office of the Courts, Miami-Dade Procurement Department, Miami-Dade Housing Agency, Parks and Recreation, Elections, CRB, Water and Sewer, Department of Environmental Resources Management (DERM) and the Department of Human Services will be teaming up with Team Metro staff and shopping malls, libraries, schools, and housing developments in order to bring needed information of resources available to the community.
