Maintenance Alert

The Miami-Dade County Portal will be undergoing maintenance starting at 11 p.m. Saturday, May 3 and for all of Sunday, May 4. Intermittent outages may be experienced. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Public Access

Public information maintained by various county departments is available through our Public Access automated systems.  There are three distinct and separate services offered.  Select the links below to view the service and types of available data.

The On-line Inquiry and Bulletin Board systems are available 7 days a week, 24 hours per day, with technical support available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday excluding legal holidays.

Note: You must have the latest JAVA update installed in order for the inquiry system to work properly.  To check for updates or to install Java, please visit: http://www.java.com.

*Credits will not be returned to the customer’s accounts due to personal errors (such as; double clicking, opening file and not saving, duplicate data, etc.).  Bulletin Board customers are responsible for the cost incurred from downloading data after a legal Miami-Dade County holiday.
