Welcome to the Miami-Dade Transit Orange Line Phase II: North Corridor Metrorail Extension Preliminary Engineering Project

The corridor is a 9.2-mile extension of the Metrorail system serving the communities along NW 27th Avenue with seven new stations from NW 82nd Street to NW 215th Street.  For more information please read our Project Description.

Public involvement is vital to the success of any project with potential impact on the community.  This ensures that important community concerns and technical issues are identified and addressed in the engineering, environmental, economic and financial analyses to respond to community needs and preferences.  Miami-Dade Transit conducted an extensive agency coordination and public involvement effort throughout the FEIS process and will continue those efforts during this study.
