    Lost or Stolen EASY Cards

    Register your EASY Card - at no extra charge - and protect the balance on your card against loss or theft.

    For your peace of mind, as soon as you purchase an EASY Card and load it with a pass and/or stored value, register your EASY Card to protect the balance on your card.

    If your card gets lost or stolen, call us, and we will cancel the card and transfer to a new card the balance that was available on your card at the time you contacted us. All you pay is a $2 replacement fee for your new EASY Card. So relax, we've got you protected!

    EASY Tickets are no eligible to be registered for balance protection.

    To register your EASY Card, call 3-1-1, or register online  .

    If you have a Golden Passport or Patriot Passport on an EASY Card, and it is lost or stole, there is a $10 fee to replace the lost or stolen Golden Passport or Patriot Passport. This fee can be waived if the original police report listing the Golden Passport or Patriot Passport is presented.

    Metrorail
    Miami-Dade County's 22-mile, elevated rapid transit system runs from Kendall through South Miami, Coral Gables, and downtown Miami; to the Civic Center/Jackson Memorial Hospital area; and to Brownsville, Liberty City, Hialeah, and Medley in northwest Miami-Dade, with connections to Broward and Palm Beach counties at the Tri-Rail/Metrorail transfer station. > more       Metrobus
    Metrobus offers countywide service from Miami Beach to West Miami-Dade and from the Middle Keys to the southern portion of Broward County. > more     Metromover
    Metromover is a free automated people-mover system that serves downtown Miami from Omni to Brickell and connects with Metrorail at Government Center and Brickell stations.  There are 20 conveniently-located wheelchair-accessible Metromover stations, one about every two blocks. > more
