Project: Affordable housing
Buyer: The Office of Community and Economic Development (OCED) purchased a portion of the station site and will develop an affordable housing project. In early 2008, OCED advertised an RFP for a developer.
Financial: In fall 2007, OCED made a down payment to Miami-Dade Transit for a portion of the station site with the remainder to be paid by the end of 2008.
