    Golden Passport/Patriot Passport

    Register in person at any of the following locations and receive your Golden Passport EASY Card or Patriot Passport EASY Card immediately. Golden/Patriot Passport users also may obtain passport replacements and parking permits at the Government Center Metrorail station location only.   

    • Government Center Metrorail station
      111 NW First St., 2nd level, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 

    • Miami Beach City Hall (new applicants only)
      1700 Convention Center Drive, Miami Beach, FL 33139
      305-673-7000, first and third Thursday of the month, 9:30 a.m. to noon.
    • North Shore Youth Center (new applicants only)
      501 72 Street, Miami Beach, FL 33141
      305-861-3616, first and third Thursday of the month, 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
