Transit customers have until April 30, 2011 to renew their Golden Passport EASY Cards

(Miami-Dade County, FL) --
If you are a current Golden Passport transit customer under the age of 65, please note that your EASY Card will expire on April 30, 2011.

In order to avoid disruption in your use of the Golden Passport EASY Card, we encourage you to renew your service by verifying your continued eligibility for the program BEFORE April 30, 2011.  Upon renewal, customers will be allowed to keep their current EASY Card and it will remain valid for another year, until April 30, 2012.

To renew your card, your address must be current and correct in our computer system, and you must present or mail the following documents:

  • Picture identification (Current, valid Florida ID or Driver's License)
  • A current year print-out from the Social Security Administration, verifying continued eligibility
