EASY Card Website and Call Center temporarily down

Transit customers still able to load their Cards at TVMs and Sales Outlets


(Miami-Dade County, FL) -- 
Miami-Dade Transit's EASY Card website and Call Center are currently experiencing technical difficulties.

We ask that patrons having trouble with their EASY Cards contact 786-469-5151 Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for assistance and additional information.

Patrons have a variety of options for quicker access to their EASY Cards:

1. Use the Ticket Vending Machines (TVM) located at every Metrorail station,
2. Use the TVM at the Golden Glades Park & Ride Lot.
3. Use the TVM at the Miami International Airport, located in the bus-waiting room in Central Terminal E at ground level (arrivals), across from short-term parking.
4. Use any of MDT's more than 70 sales outlets throughout Miami-Dade.

MDT's Information Technology staff is hard at work fixing the situation. We ask for your patience and understanding as we work to get the EASY Card website and Call Center up and running.

Please note that these difficulties do not affect the ability of transit riders to board Metrobus or Metrorail and have their fares deducted from their EASY Cards.
