• Avoid standing at the edge of the platform. Stand at the center of platform.
• For the safety of patrons, security officers or transit personnel may hold patrons on the lower level of a station if wind gusts are too strong. Patrons are asked to give security officers and transit personnel their full cooperation.

 Patrons are also encouraged to register to receive Rider Alerts to be kept abreast of the latest transit updates.

Specialists, who respond to calls in English, Spanish and Creole, are available weekdays, from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and on Saturday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. TTY users can call 305-499-8971.
