Metrorail Service Interrupted Two Weekends in March between Two Metrorail Stations

On Saturday, March 1st and Sunday, March 2nd and again on Saturday, March 22nd and Sunday, March 23rd, MDT will provide free bus shuttle service between Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and Northside Metrorail stations


(MIAMI, February 27, 2014) – Miami-Dade Transit (MDT) will be doing track work between Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr and Northside Metrorail stations on two separate weekends in March 2014: Saturday, March 1st and Sunday, March 2nd; and again on Saturday, March 22nd and Sunday, March 23rd. During these weekends, Metrorail will need to temporarily suspend service between these two stations.

Free bus service will be provided from 5 a.m. until the end of service on Saturday and Sunday of both weekends to take patrons travelling between Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and Northside stations.
