Transit Service during The 2014 Mercedes-Benz Corporate Run

(MIAMI, April 22, 2014) – Taking transit to the 2014 Mercedes-Benz Corporate Run is the most convenient and economical way to get to Bayfront Park in downtown Miami on Thursday, April 24, 2014.

To avoid long lines at the Ticket Vending Machines (TVMs) at Metrorail stations, Miami-Dade Transit is encouraging all Corporate Run participants to purchase and load an EASY Card or EASY Ticket prior to the event.

Both are available at EASY Card TVMs, located at all Metrorail stations at the Golden Glades Park and Ride lot and at more than 130 EASY Card sales outlets located throughout Miami-Dade County.

Patrons will need to pay the regular fare to use transit. A one-way trip on Metrobus or Metrorail costs $2.25 and parking is available at all Metrorail stations for $4.50 per day.

Metrorail and Metromover Service

Metrorail and Metromover will operate on the regular weekday schedule, from approximately 5:00 a.m. until midnight.
