To confirm or cancel your trips by telephone call 305-871-1111 (TTY Users 305-265-9435) for STS and 786-469-5000 (TTY Users 1-866-779-0562) for Medicaid.
Online Trip Confirmation and Cancellation
The Paratransit Trip Confirmation and Cancellation service allows STS riders to confirm and cancel trips online. This option is an alternative to calling the Customer Services line. Paratransit riders are not required to use this new online service to confirm and cancel trips. However, this added benefit provides quick access to booked trips without making a telephone call.

To access the Paratransit Trip Confirmation and Cancellation service, you will need Internet Explorer 5.0 (or higher) or Netscape. AOL users may experience inconsistencies due to AOL business processes.
