Digital Records
The On-line Inquiry service will allow you to look at various records in the Miami-Dade County database.
Employee Salaries
The results of this search will display employee paycheck information for the most recent pay period as well as Year-to-Date information.
Environmental Records
Environmental Resources Management Division (formerly DERM) maintains a comprehensive electronic system of our environmental regulatory activities. The system may include, but are not limited to, case files, inspection reports, and water samples for thousands of facilities in Miami-Dade County.
Fire Rescue Records
Miami-Dade Fire Rescue (MDFR) processes all requests for public records generated by the general public and the media. These may include, but are not limited to, incident reports, fire investigation reports, department personnel files, department policies and procedures, data reports, and interoffice memos.
Inmate Search
The Miami-Dade Corrections & Rehabilitation Department now offers online Inmate in Custody Search. Entering a last name in the search feature will display a list of individuals in custody by name, date of birth, race, sex, location, charges, bond amount, jail number, booking date and a photograph of the person.
Interview and Public Records Requests
The Mayor’s Communications office assists the media in scheduling and coordinating interviews.
Medical Examiner Records
The primary function of the Records Bureau is to process all public records requests for medical examiner case file information in accordance with Florida Statute 119. This Bureau also assists with requests for statistical data and with research related to medical examiner cases. On-site research can be conducted in one of the facility's two research rooms.

Police Records
The Central Records Bureau (CRB) is located within the Fred Taylor Building at the Miami-Dade Police Department (MDPD) located at 9105 NW 25 Street, Doral, Florida.The CRB maintains and distributes public records, including Arrest Forms (Miami-Dade County only), MDPD Offense/Incident (O/I) Reports, and Florida Traffic Crash (FTC) Reports.
Transit Records
Miami-Dade Transit's (MDT) Document Management Unit (DMU) processes all public records requests received by the Department.
Zoning Hearing Records Search
Search zoning hearing records for past and currently active hearing applications.
