Directions to WASD

The Water and Sewer Department's (WASD) Main Office is located at 3071 S.W. 38th Avenue (the Douglas Road Metrorail Station at the intersection of U.S. 1 and S.W. 37th Avenue) in Miami. You can make inquiries about billing, open up a new account, pay your water and sewer bill and more at this location.

Directions and maps to the facility are given below.

From the North

1.	Take I-95 South until it ends and becomes US-1 South.
2.	Take US-1 South to Douglas Road and turn right (northbound).
3.	Turn left (westbound) at Peacock Avenue (first traffic signal on Douglas Road).
4.	Turn left to enter Metrorail Station parking lot (first left on Peacock Avenue).
5.	Enter at parking garage entrance on right (west side of Metrorail Station parking lot).

From Miami International Airport

1.	Take LeJeune Road (NW 42nd Avenue) south to Bird Road (SW 40th Street) and turn left (eastbound).
2.	Turn right (southbound) at Douglas Road.
3.	Turn right (westbound) at Peacock Avenue (first traffic signal on Douglas Road).
4.	Turn left to enter Metrorail Station parking lot (first left on Peacock Avenue).
5.	Enter at parking garage entrance on right (west side of Metrorail Station parking lot).

From the West (South of Miller Road/SW 56th Street)

1.	Take Sunset Drive (SW 72nd Street), State Road 878 or Kendall Drive (SW 88th Street) east to US-1.
2.	Turn left (northbound) on US-1.
3.	Turn left (northbound) on Douglas Road.
4.	Turn left (westbound) at Peacock Avenue (first traffic signal on Douglas Road).
5.	Turn left to enter Metrorail Station parking lot (first left on Peacock Avenue).
6.	Enter at parking garage entrance on right (west side of Metrorail Station parking lot).

From the West (North of Miller Road/SW 56th Street)

1.	Drive to Bird Road and head east.
2.	Turn right (southbound) at Douglas Road.
3.	Turn right (westbound) at Peacock Avenue (first traffic signal on Douglas Road).
4.	Turn left to enter Metrorail Station parking lot (first left on Peacock Avenue).
5.	Enter at parking garage entrance on right (west side of Metrorail Station parking lot).

From the South

1.	Drive to US-1 and head north.
2.	Turn left (northbound) on Douglas Road.
3.	Turn left (westbound) at Peacock Avenue (first traffic signal on Douglas Road).
4.	Turn left to enter Metrorail Station parking lot (first left on Peacock Avenue).
5.	Enter at parking garage entrance on right (west side of Metrorail Station parking lot).

After entering parking garage

1.	Present I.D. to security.
2.	Take parking garage elevator to the 1st floor and cross walkway to building lobby.

From Metrorail

1.	Take Metrorail to the Douglas Road Station.
2.	Exit train at the Douglas Road Station.
3.	Exit Douglas Road Station at north exit and walk towards building on the left (west).
4.	Enter through the walkway between the parking garage and building.
5.	Enter first floor lobby.
