The Diamond Award was given by ACEC New York “for Excellence in the Category of Studies, Research and Consulting Engineering Services.”

WASD’s Reuse Feasibility Study is available online at WASD’s WUP Central website at http://www.miamidade.gov/wasd/wup.asp
