Precautionary boil water order lifted

The Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department (WASD) has tested water samples each day since the Precautionary Boil Water Order was issued. All samples have returned clear.

The precautionary boil water order was issued after a contractor broke a water main on Brickell Avenue and Southeast 12th Street, resulting in water service being shut down to the area. WASD crews repaired the water main and resumed service to the area later that day.
