Did you know that the average American household wastes more than 10,000 gallons of water each year from easy-to-fix leaks-adding up to more than 1 trillion gallons of water lost annually nationwide? Fix a Leak Week is March 14th - 20th. This is a great time for customers-and their plumbers-to grab a wrench and start saving water.

About 50 percent of all households have some kind of plumbing leak, leading to thousands of gallons of wasted water a year and a more expensive water bill. Most of these leaks are due to worn out washers, flappers or faulty tank valves.
