WASD Customer Service hours to change

Effective Tuesday, July 5th, the hours of operation for the Water and Sewer Department's Customer Service Telephone line - (305) 665-7477 and Douglas facility's Customer Service Center, located at 3071 SW 38 Ave., will now be from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Customers may also complete many operational and service requests 24-hours a day by logging onto Website services include viewing your bill online and your account's history, as well as paying your bill, request to start/stop service, request a high bill investigation, as well as change your mailing address or telephone number.
