Miami-Dade Water and Sewer phone lines are temporarily not working


(MIAMI, October 25, 2012) – Due to a disruption of service with AT&T, the Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department (WASD)’s Customer Call Center’s phone lines are not working. The issue is being worked on, but there is no estimated time of restoration of the phone lines.

Customers may still complete many of their service needs by using the department’s website at www.miamidade.gov/water. Customers may also pay their bill in person at any of the department’s four service locations or at authorized private pay stations. Locations are also listed on the website.

 It is the priority of the Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department to provide safe, reliable service to its customers. For additional information about Department services and programs, visit www.miamidade.gov/water.
