Miami-Dade Water and Sewer phone lines are fully operational

(MIAMI, October 26, 2012) – The Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department (WASD)’s Customer Call Center’s phone lines are once again fully operational. The issue has been resolved and the phone lines have been in service since 8 a.m. The Customer Call Center phone number is 305-665-7488 and is operational from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

However, customers can complete many of their service needs 24-hours-a-day by using the department’s website at Customers may also pay their bill in person at any of the department’s four service locations or at authorized private pay stations. Locations are also listed on the website.
