Water and Sewer Department construction project to cause detour for westbound Bird Road
(MIAMI, June 7, 2013) – The Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department is repairing a 48-inch water main at the intersection of Southwest 40th Street and Southwest 72nd Avenue. As a result, westbound traffic on Southwest 40th Street as it approaches the intersection will be rerouted to one of the eastbound lanes beginning at 9 p.m. tonight until the project is completed by Monday, June 10th.
