Precautionary boil water order lifted
(MIAMI, June 16, 2013) – The Precautionary Boil Water Order issued on Monday, June 10th, that affected the area bordered by NW 178 Street to 183 Street and from NW 42 Court to NW 44 Avenue has now been lifted. Residents no longer have to boil the water used for drinking and cooking.
The Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department (WASD) has tested water samples each day since the Precautionary Boil Water Order was issued. All samples have returned clear.It is the priority of the Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department to provide safe, reliable service to its customers.
