Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department pipe testing results in lane closures on Bird Road

(MIAMI, July 11, 2013) – The Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department (WASD) will be conducting some tests on a recently repaired 48-inch water main on Bird Road tonight, July 11^th, Sunday, July 14^th and Monday, July 15^th.

The tests will result in lane closures at Bird Road and Southwest 72^nd Avenue on those evenings from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. the following morning. The lane closures include all three westbound lanes and one eastbound lane on Bird Road. One of the westbound lanes will be diverted to the closed eastbound lane.
