Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department launches Facebook and Twitter pages

(MIAMI, September 15, 2014) – The Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department (WASD) has debuted its official Facebook and Twitter pages. These social media pages allow WASD to relay information to Miami-Dade County residents, businesses, and visitors in real time on a platform that many customers already use on a daily basis.

Both social media pages aim to keep customers informed and engaged by communicating information regarding WASD service alerts, events, new programs, water conservation tips and department and County initiatives.
