Commercial High Efficiency Toilet Rebates
Commercial toilets are typically found in commercial institutions or industrial restrooms such as airports, theaters, stadiums, schools and office buildings. They consist of two components - the toilet bowl and flushometer valve.
EPA WaterSense certified flushometer valve toilets use no more than 1.28 gallons per flush (gpf) which is a 20% savings over the current federal standard of 1.6 gpf.
Miami-Dade County is offering a rebate of $50 per flushometer valve toilet for commercial properties built prior to 1996. Learn more at EPA's website.
