    • To prevent crowding within the facility, you are encouraged to visit the club during non peak-hours of 8:30-11:00 am and 2:00-4:30 pm. Should membership numbers increase beyond recommended capacity, the operator reserves the right to revoke non-county employee memberships with a 30-day notice to members. County employees will receive first priority over non-county employee members.

    Membership

    A complete membership application and payment agreement Adobe Acrobat Logo must be turned in to be a member and utilize the facility.  The packet  includes:

    1. Provisions and Agreements
    2. General Information and Rules
    3. Release of all Claims and Acknowledgement
    4. Informed Consent
    5. Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire
