This site allows the Public to view information pertaining to elevator units (inspections,
certificate of operation status, building location, etc.) regulated by Miami-Dade County.
In order to search, you can search by one item at a time, for example:
serial number, building address, building name, etc - notice that once you start typing information the field
will begin to offer you options based on what you are typing. This allows the user to search
faster and easier. If you need to clear your search and search on another item, please click reset.
You will be able to view all inspections for any unit that Miami-Dade County regulates. You can also
see if an account is current with their certificate fees and if they have a current certificate of operation issued.
