Permits issued on or after June 27, 2021 will no longer be allowed to use the Statement of Inspection Report COVID-19 form (SOI) developed to inspect projects during the pandemic. Those projects that have utilized the SOI form will no longer be allowed to use the form as of June 27, 2021. These projects must continue with inspections performed by County staff. Any pending SOI forms must be provided to Miami-Dade County via the email to the respective trade supervisor or to the RER inspector at the next scheduled inspection on or before June 27, 2021.
