Document Requirements
Welcome to the Dispute Process
This website allows you to dispute parking transactions made to your credit card by PortMiami that you believe are invalid. To create a successful dispute, you must upload all required documents.
Important: The process will continue without all mandatory documents. Please take your time to gather everything before proceeding.
If you are a Veteran you will upload the following’ documents.
- Driver's license
- Vehicle registration
- Disabled veteran decal (DV)
- License auto Tag/Plate
- Parking receipt or statement image
Total: 5 documents required
If you are NOT a Veteran you will upload the following’ documents.
- Driver's license
- Vehicle registration
- License auto Tag/Plate
- Parking receipt or statement image
Total: 4 documents required
Important Reminders
- All documents must be clear and legible
- Accepted formats: PDF, JPG, PNG (Max 10MB per file)
- Documents must be current and valid
- Processing may take 5-10 business days after submission
