In June of 2015, the lobbyist registration process was expanded to a new Lobbyist Online Registration and Information System (LORIS).  Lobbyists and Principals can register within a secured internet environment from the comfort of their home or office.

The Lobbyist Online Registration and Information System was launched on June 1, 2015. Account holders can conveniently update specific profile information for compliance purposes, while receiving periodic updates pertaining to training and lobbying within Miami-Dade County. Reports can be viewed with just the click of a mouse.

The annual lobbyist registration period is soon approaching.  Beat the crowds and register before January 15, 2016.  In fact, you may register directly through our online portal.  Earlier this year, the paper registration process was expanded to the new online system.  Lobbyists and Principals are now able to register within a secured internet environment.  Account holders can conveniently update specific profile information for compliance purposes, while receiving periodic updates pertaining to training and lobbying within Miami-Dade County.  Reports can be viewed with just the click of a mouse.

The Honorable Harvey Ruvin, Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners, is pleased to announce that on Monday, June 1, 2015, the existing lobbyist registration process will be expanded to a newly-developed online system.
