Covid-19 walk-up testing site opens in North Miami

MIAMI-DADE – A new Covid-19 walk-up testing site has opened in North Miami Beach. While most testing sites in the county are drive-through, the new site at Holy Family Catholic Church, 14500 NE 11th Ave., will be available for walk-ups by appointment only. The testing is available to individuals of any age, with or without symptoms, who believe they may have been in contact with someone who tested positive for covid-19.

“I’m pleased this new testing site is now available for residents who can’t utilize the drive-through testing sites because they don’t have a car but believe they may have been infected and want to get tested,” said Miami-Dade County Commissioner Jean Monestime.
