The Keon Hardemon Small Business Grant Program will start accepting applications on March 18
MIAMI-DADE – Starting Monday, March 18, small business owners is District 3 can start to apply for the Keon Hardemon Small Business Grant program.
Business owners who meet the eligibility requirements can receive up to $10,000 in funding. Grants awarded may be used to purchase inventory and supplies, business equipment, marketing and advertising material, commercial security systems, commercial liability insurance, minor interior and exterior renovations, minor code corrections, a work vehicle, or professional services.
The qualifications for the Keon Hardemon Small Business Grant Program are as follows:
- Business must be in District 3
- Business must be a for-profit business
- Business has been in operation for at least two consecutive years
- Must have less than seven full-time employees
- A physical address is required
Businesses interested in applying must have a current government-issued photo ID, photo submissions of the business, and a federal employer identification number (EIN), among other required documents.
