Commissioner McGhee leads the 2024 Leadership Summit & Retreat as NABCO’s president
MIAMI-DADE – Commissioner Kionne L. McGhee is leading the 2024 Leadership Summit & Retreat for the National Association of Black County Officials (NABCO), on Thursday, April 25 through Saturday, April 27, at the InterContinental Miami, 100 Chopin Plaza, Miami, FL 33131. This three-day event will kick off with an opening reception at 8 p.m. on Thursday night.
Commissioner McGhee was elected to serve as the president of NABCO in July 2022. NABCO is a leading advocacy organization that represents African-American elected and appointed county officials across the United States. Since its inception, NABCO has been dedicated to amplifying the voices of its members and advocating for equitable policies that serve underserved populations. This conference aims to empower and advocate for African-American elected and appointed county officials, providing a platform for networking, knowledge sharing, and strategic collaboration.
