Web Portal Now Live for Commission District 6 Applications

MIAMI-DADE – On April 14, 2025, Chairman Anthony Rodriguez requested the Commission Auditor to establish a process by which residents can apply for consideration to be appointed to fill the vacancy in Commission District 6.

Chairman Rodriguez is pleased to announce that the official web portal is now live for individuals interested in submitting their name to fill the vacancy in Commission District 6. The web portal provides a convenient and secure platform for eligible residents to express their interest and submit all necessary documentation for review. Interested individuals are encouraged to apply at: www.miamidade.gov/commission/auditor.

The application period will remain open until 12 p.m. on Monday, April 21, 2025, after which all submissions will be reviewed and considered at the Tuesday, May 6, 2025, Board of County Commissioner meeting.
